This toy features a celluloid Minnie seated on a small colorful tin plate upon being pulled by a running celluloid Pluto. The wagon base uses a keywind mechanism that when wound sends the toy running. Japanese made. probably by Masudoya. Toy was original string and is in fine condition with only minor breaks in celluloid at point of wire harness attachment.
