A pair of Meissen "Mayflower" flared necked oviform vases and stoppers, the stoppers modelled as bouquets of flowers, the bodies encrusted with yellow centered white flowers and applied with gnarled branch-moulded handles terminating in leaves, apples, cherries, pears and walnuts, the branches supporting exotic song-birds, naturalistically painted in bright colours, blue crossed swords mark, circa 1850 -- 17½in. high (2)
