The Property of the late Sylvana Mangano
Between 1965-1966 Manzù worked on the project "Adam" for the film "La Bibbia" produced by Dino de Laurentiis and directed by John Huston. This project involved designing a scenery of rock formations. These works are the only original examples of these rock designs that the artist made. After the film was completed Manzù gave them to the actress Sylvana Mangano who was at that time married to Dino de Laurentiis.
