An early Victorian mahogany longcase clock, the c-scroll carved pediment above a circular white enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, indistinctly inscribed V. Findlay, Glasgow, the case fitted with a bowed rectangular trunk door, on a panelled base with moulded plinth, 80in. (203cm) high
