A late 19th century French marmo rosso and bronze twin train mantel clock, the cylindrical fluted and buttressed case with panther mask ring handles, the circular dial signed BARBEDIENNE, PARIS, the movement with bell strike, surmounted by a bust of a pensive young woman, her head robed and eyes cast down, signed and dated EGENE AIZELIN. 1864., and with foundry stamp, on a waisted socle -- 22in. high.
