A pair of chromolithographic scissors, the blades inscribed 'If you love me as I love you/These shears wont cut our love in Two', 8 in. long, c. 1900; A hanging chromolithographic valentine consisting of 4 roundels depicting childrens heads, by Ernest Nister, 8in. long, c. 1902; A hanging chromolithographic valentine consisting of three hearts, each pierced by an arrow, crowned by Cupid; A hanging valentine by Raphael Tuck & Sons, consisting of six heart shapes depicting cherubs heads, the continuous verse reads 'From Heart to Heart/A tribute that my/heart is full/and fond/Though words/are few', 14in. high, c. 1880's; and five others, including three hanging and an unusual postcard depicting a couple relating their valentine message by telephone, c. 1900.
