A Dutch gilt-lined oblong box and cover, the latter die-stamped with a portrait bust of Friedrich III, the sides with a frieze of flower heads, foliage and beading, the underside with presentation inscription - 3¼in.; a Dutch wriggle-work engraved tapering vinaigrette, possibly converted from a peppermint box, the domed hinged cover with rope twist handle; a Dutch miniature fluted bowl, applied with corded bands, the centre engraved with flowers and foliage; and an unmarked gilt-lined swing-handled tapering cream pail decorated with horizontal flutes, possibly late 18th century.
