A Japanese painting after Eishi in ink, colour and gofun on silk, of a bijin adjusting one of her hairpins as she walks along, a scroll held in her other hand, her coat decorated around the hem with scattered leaves, eight lines of inscription above (minor creasing) -- 33½in. x 11½in., signed, one seal, framed and glazed.
