A Victorian gilt-lined vase-shaped mustard pot on a foliate-cast and chased domed circular foot, with a blue glass liner, two applied classical mask and serpent handles, gadrooned rim, and foliate-chased domed, hinged cover with compressed baluster finial, the body chased with a broad frieze of rising stiff foliage and applied with two narrow gadroon friezes and four part-fluted shaped oblong cartouches enhanced with trophies, possibly symbolic of the Four Disciplines, the front of the body engraved with a crest, Robert Garrard, London 1864 - 4¾in., 10oz. free.
