An ivory seal-type netsuke carved with a snarling karashishi on a rounded rectangular base -- 1¾in.high; and another similar seal-type netsuke of a karashishi with one paw raised on a ball, on a flattened triangular base, the details stained black -- 2in.high, both 18th/19th century.
