A set of six Egyptian silver bowls with lipped rims carved with scenes of pharaohs and caligraphic medallions on grounds of stylised scrolling foliage -- 5in. diam; similar bowl with scenes of antiquity -- 5in. diam; a Persian silver flattened circular censer with slightly domed cover and knop finial, embossed with a narrow band of birds amongst flowers -- 4½in. diam, impressed mark; and a pair of Persian silver book covers carved with central floral medallions within four lappet shaped panels of flowerheads on a densly scrolling foliage ground, all within borders of calligraphy (some denting) -- 11½in. long, dated 1293 (10)
