A Syro-Hittite pottery female idol of stylized form, standing with legs together and arms outstretched, wearing high perforated headdress and broad necklace, with incised pubic triangle, the navel and breasts indicated with hollow circles -- 6¼in. (15.9cm.) high, 2nd millennium B.C.; another, with hands held to her breasts, the face highly stylized with beak nose, large staring eyes composed of double concentric circles and long hair with flaring chignon behind -- 8¼in. (21cm.) high; and another similar, smaller -- 6in. (15.2cm.) high, both probably 2nd millennium B.C. (3)
