An 18th century oak eight day longcase clock, the domed stepped hood with shaped cresting above a moulded cornice and blind fret carved frieze, flanked by turned columns, the square brass dial with Roman and Arabic chapter ring, the matted centre with subsiduary seconds ring and day aperture within mask spandrels, the crossbanded door to the trunk on a plain stepped plinth -- 85in.
