Allerton, Liverpool 18 thanking Fran for the ..'pick-me-up'...I enjoyed them but my 'most honourable father' says that next time I tell anybody what I enjoy eating, I've got to say what he likes too. He suggested cashew nuts, but they'd be just about as easy to post as steak and chips...I see Gerry's record's reached no.1. We're all thrilled about it, as needless to say, we all think it's great... signed lots of love, Paul McCartney, 1p.; the second addressed Crawley Hall, (Home of a Beatle), telling Fran ..The 'Great White Father' seemed very pleased with the nuts, I left him sitting in the piano, eating them....(not really)...by the time you get this, I hope to be sunbathing, and for once, it will be sunburn, not rust... signed love Paul McCartney, 1p.; and original envelope frankmarked Liverpool, 1st May 1963.
