The arched moulded and acanthus-carved toprail centred by a shield-shaped cartouche, the later arched padded back above a similarly upholstered seat flanked by padded armrests, carved griffin monopodia ending in claw-and-ball feet, joined by a chair rail carved with Celtic interlace, with brass caps and castors,
