A Victorian gilt-lined inverted pear-shaped cup on a floral and foliate-chased domed circular foot and with a knopped stem, moulded rim and two openwork scroll handles textured with a bark effect and with acorn and oak leaf terminals, the bowl chased with a frieze of rising stiff foliage, a basket of fruit and a floral and foliate cartouche, the latter containing a presentation inscription of racing interest, E.& J.
