Frederick H. Evans' copy, with his bookplate. Bound at the end are various cuttings and a t.l.s from Cecil Smith at the Victoria and Albert Museum thanking Evans for his gift of a copy and giving him in return a "permanent ticket of free admission to the Museum." The frontispiece and a blank are inscribed and signed by Evans: "This is one of two un-numbered presentation copies ... the other un-numbered copy is now in the Art Library of the Victoria & Albert Museum ... the portrait frontispiece has been added since."
