A Victorian three-piece compressed pear-shaped tea service on scrolling foliate feet and with chased and applied floral, foliate and trellis decoration, each with bead and foliate-decorated scroll handles, the teapot with chased rising curved spout and domed hinged cover with rococo floral and foliate finial, the teapot with later presentation inscription, the gilt-lined milk jug and sugar basin engraved with monograms, each piece also engraved with a crest with motto beneath, Messrs.
