An 18th Century composite pair-case verge watch with gilt inner case, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic five-minute divisions, the frosted gilt fuseé movement signed 'Jas. Montage, London', with pierced cock and foot to the edge of the top plate and with square baluster pillars, now with pierced and chased gold repoussé outer case depicting a classical scene.
