A pair of English porcelain cylindrical pink-ground ice-pales and covers with pinecone finials, and two liners, painted in colours with shaped panels of figures wearing 18th Century dress and exotic birds in landscape, the borders with C-scrolls and flowers, the gro painted with quatrefoil flowerheads reserved with gilt flowers, between gilt bands on three feet (damages and restoration, the liners replacements), 19th Century -- 14½in. high
