A massive Japanese green patinated bronze koro and pierced domed cover with coiled dragon finial amongst clouds, the body decorated in high relief with a hut before a waterfall among prunus branches and rockwork below a flock of birds, the branches forming two handles and four feet, fitted on a quatrefoil stand on six paw feet decorated in relief with dragons among breaking waves, on a lobed base with panels of gamboling karashishi (one leg loose, one karashishi missing from base, old damages) -- 47in. high.
