An early 19th century mahogany eight day longcase clock, the domed hood with pagoda top with brass sphere finials, flanked by corinthian column uprights, the arched painted Arabic dial with subsidiary seconds and date rings, figures of children to the spandrels, a courting couple to the arch, signed D Northgraves, Hull, the shaped door to the trunk flanked by column uprights, on a plain plinth with bracket feet, with two weights and a pendulum -- 100¼in. (254.6cm.) high.
