'MAC' is better known for his 'Football Caricatures' which were produced as a set of 50 cigarette cards by John Player & Sons in 1927. Fishlock was also a noted soccer player, obtaining an amateur international cap for England. This watercolour was executed in the year of Fishlock's retirement from Surrey C.C.C.
