A Russian 19th Century part-fluted moulded oval afternoon teapot with rising curved spout, ebonised wood scroll handle and part-fluted domed hinged cover with shaped oval finial, gilt-lined and decorated with a narrow frieze of flowers and foliage, a narrower shell frieze above - 4¾in., 8oz. gross.
