An embroidered and appliqué panel in coloured silks with flower-filled cornucopiae against a black woollen ground, within borders of gros point worked in silks and wools with a stylised trailing flower design, probably part of a valence--9½in x 11½in., framed and glazed, English, late 16th/early 17th century
