A Chinese export lacquer work table on tapering waisted legs and double dragon feet, the shaped top painted and gilt with numerous shaped cartouches containing figures in gardens before pavilions on a foliate ground, the sides similarly decorated, the hinged top opening to reveal a fitted interior containing two long and two short boxes and covers and open sections with a collection of mother-of-pearl counters and ivory games pieces, all similarly decorated with figures at leisure in landscape gardens, the hanging bag covered in yellow cloth -- 27½in. high.
