A French mahogany and stained beech marble topped torchere, late 19th/early 20th century
decorated throughout with gilt metal mounts, the pierced gallery top with pink and white veined marble surface above a foliate repoussee decorated frieze on ring turned stop fluted supports joined by a concave sided stretcher with central turned urn within a foliage and ribbon surround on out turned tapered splayed legs, slight losses 12in. (30cm.) length, 30in. (76½cm.) high
