An 18th Century shaped oblong tea caddy engraved with arabesques and strapwork, the foliate-engraved lift-off cover with pointed baluster finial, apparently marked only on the sliding bottom with maker's initials I.M. or W.I. and a punch with three turrets, possibly North German circa 1740 - 5½in.
