A late Victorian oak breakfront bookcase, with pierced scroll and berried foliate-carved gallery above a foliate carved moulded cornice, with four glazed doors flanked by channelled uprights with strap-work and pointed arches, the lower section with stellar parquetry top and four frieze drawers carved with anthemion, above a pair of central glazed doors flanked by two doors carved in low relief with foliage and with a central projecting boss, on plinth -- 118in.(300cm.) wide.
