A 17th Century porringer with caryatid handles, chased with a frieze of flowers and foliage, one side with presentation inscription dated 1684, the other with an armorial surrounded by foliage, the underside of the foot scratch-engraved with initials and an indistinct date surrounded by a floral and foliate cartouche, unmarked - 4¾in. overall.
