A parcel-gilt circular table centrepiece decorated with foliage, animal's heads and vacant rococo cartouches and standing on winged owls head feet, the centre with a detachable cast group of two hunting dogs attacking a wild boar, a wounded dog at its feet, the group in the manner of P.J. Mêne, the sides applied with scrolling foliate handles enhanced with figures of young boys, one wearing armour, the other in rural costume - 22½in. overall.
