of two bays and two stories, painted to simulate brick front, stonework sides, slate roof and panelled front door, opening to reveal four large rooms with original paintwork under the later papers - 47in. high, 31in. wide and 18½in. deep circa 1860 ( ground floor front and window frames overpainted, picture rails removed from walls )
