This medallion is offered for sale be a descendant of Harry McNeil who played for Queen's Park from 1873 to the early 1880's. Harry was one of seven brothers, which included Moses who was a founder member of Rangers in 1873. Harry played for Scotland on ten occasions and was a Scottish cup winner with Queen's Park on four occasions (1874-1876 and 1880).
It is noted that Harry was one of the first individuals to sponsor Rangers and it is suggested that he was possibly responsible for naming the club
