A small oviform vase on four short feet painted and gilt with fan shaped panels of ladies and children at leisure in a river landscape and retreats on the banks of a river lined with irises and wisteria, all on a brown ground decorated in gilt with scrolling flowerheads and geometric patterns (minute chip to rim and one foot, gilt rubbing) -- 3½in. high.
