On spreading domed circular foot engraved with winners' names 1890-98, and chased with foliate lozenges, rising to baluster stem with applied floral mounts, the knopped circular bowl with a richly embossed band surrounding cartouche with presentation inscription, with beaded rim and leaf capped beaded scroll handles
