Contenant l'histoire critique de barometre et du thermometre, Geneva: 1772, 2 volumes, 4°, FIRST EDITION, 8 folding plates and tables (stamp on titles, some browning, plate I rather creased), library buckram [Brunet VI, 228; Honeyman 2053]; together with a first edition of Louis Cotte's Traité de Météorologie (Paris, 1774, 2 volumes), in non-uniform later cloth, and another copy of de Luc's Recherches, in contemporary boards, but lacking one folding plate.
