A George II baluster coffee pot on a spreading foot, with a shell-fluted leaf-capped rising curved spout, ivory double scroll handle and domed hinged cover with acorn finial, later-chased and embossed with rococo shells, flowers, foliage, scalework and C-scrolls and with two C-scroll cartouches, one engraved with an armorial, the other with a crest, maker's mark indistinct, possibly J. Wirgam, London 1757 - 10¼in., 29oz. gross.
