A pair of late Victorian candlesticks in the 18th Century taste, each on a rising beaded square base die-stamped with paterae, acanthus leaves and reed, tie and foliate borders, the tapering square stems stamped with drapery and bow swags and baskets of fruit, the vase-shaped socket with bows, masks, draperies and dolphins, the detachable circular nozzles with foliate borders, Henry Eyre Ltd., Sheffield 1897 and 1898 - 12¼in.
