A George II plain baluster hot water jug with part leather-covered scroll handle and star-chased domed hinged cover with tapering finial, marks indistinct, probably London 1750 - 7¼in.; and a smaller hot water jug with wicker-covered scroll handle and domed hinged cover with acorn finial, apparently struck with maker's mark only several times - 6in., 15.75oz. gross.
