A Shibayama-style silver and enamel hexagonal koro and
with winged dsimilar handles, inset with six gold lacquer panels inlaid in mother-of-pearl, horn, stained ivory, wood and coral with quails among flowers, a vase and baskets of flowers, a kingfisher and a crane among peonies, prunus and chrysanthemums, between borders of flowersprags to the shoulder and foot, set on a separate white-metal stand modelled as a coiled dragon -- 11½.in (29.2cm) overall, (minor pieces of inlay missing, damages to small areas of enamel).
