A Bow figure of a bagpiper
probably after a Meissen original, modelled standing in 18th century dress, bagpipes under his arm, a hound lying at his feet, above a flower-encrusted mound base, enriched in colours and gilt -- 5in. (14.25cm.) high, circa 1756 (minor chips and damages, firing crack)
