C.O. 454 (Australian) Squadron - Blenheims and Baltimore's 23-8-44; other types flown include Bombay L5845; then to 27 Squadron Armada Road India; Beaufighter ops commence in EL 295 (2ea. damaged). 1st Mosquito solo 13-4-43 in D2695. Shipping Strike ops; many other types flown; returned to U.K. 31-8-45. Conversion to Lancastrian, York, Liberator; other post war flying includes conversion to Meteor, Hastings, Neptune.
