Three Meissen (Marcolini) pierced two-handled baskets
the bowls formed as interlaced lozenges reserved with leaf-moulded boses and bands of roses above stiff-leaf bands, applied with key handles terminating in scrolling foliage, the feet moulded with swags of leaves, painted to the interior with sprays of fruit and flowers, enriched in colours and gilt -- 10¼in. (26cm.) wide max., blue crossed swords and star marks, circa 1800, (slight wear)
