probably after Chelsea originals, modelled as a lady and gentleman emblematic of Autumn and Winter, the lady in peasant costume cutting leaves, the gentleman in skating apparel warming his hands at a brazier, both above rococo-scroll bonbonnières enriched in colours and gilt, blue star marks -- 6in. (15.2cm.) high, circa 1900
