of oblong form, on a C-scroll base and with a hinged cover with chased and applied double flower finial, the body chased in relief with chinoiseries, Oriental figures picking tea within C-scroll cartouches, each with an obelisk in the background, further chased with Oriental buildings, exotic birds, shells, flowers, foliage and C-scrolls, Thomas Pitts, London 1761 - 6in.
