A Dutch silver and cut-glass sugar vase with twelve spoons and a pair of sugartongs
Maker's mark of Fa. J.M. van Kempen & Zonen, Voorschoten, 1821 (stand no date mark, cover apparently unmarked); sugar tongs of Willem Voet, Haarlem, 1856
The stand on a square base and four claw feet, the openworked oval holder with holes for twelve pointed finials spoons and holding a half egg-shaped cut-glass vase (crack visibly repaired) with silver border and a circular domed cover with a lion finial
