emblematic of Sight from a set of the Senses, wearing classical drapes, modelled standing looking upwards through a telescope held in her left hand, holding an open book on her right arm, an eagle at her feet, on mound base moulded with scrolls, blue crossed swords mark, Pressnummer and inscribed 2737, circa 1880 (tiny glaze flake to her nose) -- 16cm. high
