cover -- 1885 (Aug.) envelope addressed to Chefoo bearing 1883 thick paper 1ca. light green horizontal strip of three just ited by fine strikes of the double-oval "AMOY CUSTOMS/MAIL/MATTER" in red, the reverse with Customs Shanghai and Customs Chefoo c.d.s. and is endorsed in pencil "Received 13.8.85". A few small age marks do not detract from this magnificent cover - the only Large Dragon cover recorded bearing this cancellation. An important addition to the highest calibre collection.
