A tapering ovoid cloisonne vase
Meiji Period
decorated in various coloured enamels with chrysanthemum blooms and foliage, on a dark navy ground, stamped Ota Kichisaburo mark to base -- 11¾in. (29.8cm.) high; and another cloisonne vase of tapering form, decorated with irises and foliage on a yellow ground -- 11 7/8in. (30.1cm.) high, (minor wear).
