On an integral plinth in the form of a sledge, the gills, fins and tail incised, wearing a solar disk fronted by a uraeus framed by cow's horns, a suspension loop behind, the eyes originally inlaid, a row of hieroglyphic text on the bottom of the sledge inscribed for its owner named Pa-di-wesir
